Based in Miami, Florida A Choice for Women strives to maintain reasonable costs. We never cut corners on the care we provide, and we offer free follow up visits to ensure continuity of quality care. All abortion procedures are performed by a physician certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and anesthetics are administered by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Patients have the choice of general anesthesia or local anesthesia, or of having a Medical Abortion. Patients choosing a non-surgical abortion will be given Mifeprex (RU-486) the Early Option Pill. We provide pregnancy terminations (abortions) up to 22 weeks LMP.

Counseling: individuals, couples, family members and interested friends. We provide information on all aspects of abortion procedures, birth control, and alternative options. Our counselors are available 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

We also offer emergency contraception, Pap Smears, birth control methods, sexual transmitted infection screening and education. And free urine pregnancy tests, even to those who do not plan on terminating their pregnancy.
